Sai Akavaramu
Sai Akavaramu currently serves as the co-president of the New Canaan Chapter, alongside Stuart Hellman and Donovan West. Sai's dedication to the Feeding 500 cause has been unwavering since the beginning of his sophomore year. His passion for Feeding 500 burns brightly, driving him to do everything within his power to make a difference in the lives of those in need. Over the next two years at Feeding 500, his primary goals are to ensure a fantastic year ahead and to foster substantial growth for the organization, reaching even more individuals who require assistance. Beyond his involvement with Feeding 500, Sai finds solace in playing basketball, volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
Donovan West
Donovan West is the current co-president of the New Canaan Chapter, along with Stuart Hellman and Sai Akavaramu. He’s been involved with Feeding 500 since the start of his sophomore year, volunteering many hours at local fundraisers. He is passionate about the Feeding 500 cause, and wants to do everything in his power to help those in need. Over the next two years at Feeding 500, his goals are to continue the upward trend and continue improving in every aspect of the organization. Outside of Feeding 500 he enjoys hiking and spending times with friends and family,
Stuart Hellmann
Stuart Hellmann is the current co-president of the New Canaan Chapter, alongside Donovan West, and Sai Akavaramu. He’s been involved with Feeding 500 since the start of freshman year. The now junior is passionate about donating his time to a good cause, as he’s also a board member for SLOBs, a community service organization at the High School. Along with this, he’s involved with other extracurriculars including the baseball and soccer teams. Outside of school he enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his friends. He’s hopeful for a fantastic year and years to come at Feeding 500!
Social Media Manager
Annie Taubner
Annie Taubner is the social media manager for Feeding 500. She has been involved with Feeding 500 since her freshman year, and has put many hours into volunteering. She is very passionate about giving to those in need, and helping people. She is also a part of the Red Cross, and spends a lot of her time volunteering at Person to Person in Darien. Outside of Feeding 500 she enjoys dance, going for walks, and spending time with friends and family.
